I need to upgrade latest mediawiki site to current version 1.39 for MoscowAmerican.com

I found in cpanel where this can be done. I set the MoscowAmerican.com mediawiki version to 1.39 by autoupdating, clicking the box but nothing happened.

I went to:

cpanel >> scripts >> mediawiki 1.39 >> orange pencil icon
